Then an exfoliating massage will take place to remove dead skin cells. The body is exfoliated with warm mitts.

A massage to the lower legs is then carried out. Also ankles and feet are massaged using a soothing cool leg gel. A mask is applied to the ankles & feet, excellent for swollen ankles.
